Tomatoes with currants without sterilization

2 kg of tomatoes,

150 gr currants

Seasonings:

1 umbrella of dill,

6 currant leaves,

4 peas of allspice,

6 cloves of garlic

1 laurel optional

For the marinade:

4 tbsp sugar,

2 tbsp salt ,

2 tbsp vinegar 9%,

1.5 liters of water.

Cooking tomatoes with currants without sterilization:

Put seasonings in clean sterile jars, then a layer of washed tomatoes (pierce the tomatoes with a toothpick 5-10 times near the stalk so that they do not crack), a layer of currants, and so on in layers to the top.

Next, pour boiling water, cover with lids, let cool for 15 minutes.

Drain the water (the water will be pinkish in color) add sugar, salt to a saucepan, bring to a boil, pour into a jar of tomatoes , pour vinegar into a jar and roll up the lids. Flip. Wrap well with a blanket on all sides. Leave to cool completely.
