Strawberry jam with rhubarb: preparation

Peel the rhubarb, cut into small pieces. Cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours. When the rhubarb has released juice and the sugar dissolves, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes

While the rhubarb is boiling, you need to chop the strawberries, add it to the rhubarb. Cook for 20 minutes. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add the juice of one lemon.
