Strawberry compote is loved not only by adults, but also by children.

Strawberry compote: ingredients
- Strawberries – 2.5 cups
- Sugar – 1.5 cups
- Water

Strawberry compote: cooking
- Wash the berries, remove the stalks.
- Put the berries on 1/3 of the jar.
- Add sugar.
- Pour hot boiled water to the very top.
- Cover the jar with a lid, sterilize for 12 – 15 minutes.
- Remove the jar from sterilization and roll up.
- The jar needs to be turned upside down and put “under the covers” for a day.
Store compote in a cool, dark place.
