- 500 gr of blackcurrant
- 500 g raspberries
- 500 gr of blueberries
- 1,500 – 3 kg of sugar

Raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrant jam: preparation
Wash blackcurrants and blueberries, remove all stalks.
Grind raspberries, blueberries, black currants and mix. Add sugar.
Put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a minimum and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool until it cools completely. Repeat the procedure 1 more time.
Pour the finished jam into small hot sterilized jars and tighten the lids. During the cooling process, the jam will thicken.
Advice! To preserve all the vitamins in the berries, add another 1,500 kg of sugar, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, (do not cook ) freeze the jam, or store such jam in the refrigerator in sterilized jars.
