Vitamin compote for the winter
Tasty and healthy vitamin compote made from your favorite summer berries of blackcurrant and raspberries is easy to make and drink all winter.

Vitamin compote for the winter: ingredients for one 3-liter jar
- 300-400 g of blackcurrant
- 300-400 g raspberries
- 400 g sugar
- 2-2.5 liters of water

Vitamin compote for the winter: preparation
Wash the black currants, remove all the stalks.
Put 2 layers of berries at the bottom of a 3-liter jar (sterile).
1st layer of berries: fresh black currants occupy 1/3 of the jar. 2nd layer of berries: fresh raspberries, the jar is half filled.
Cover with sugar. Pour hot water.
Sterilize for 12 minutes.
Roll up the jars with lids for canning. Turn the jars over, cover with a blanket until cool.
