Wash vegetables and herbs: cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through a garlic press, finely chop the hot pepper.
Mix everything with salt, sugar, vinegar and spices. Do not add water! Cover. Let them stand warm for a day.
When the tomatoes settle and give juice, arrange them in jars. Then in the refrigerator. After a week, you can eat.
If you harvest such tomatoes for the winter, add a little more vinegar. Put the tomatoes in jars so that they are completely in juice. Sterilize liter jars 20-30 minutes after boiling water. Roll up.
