  • sugar – 200 g
  • salt – 70 g
  • ground black pepper – to taste

  • apple cider vinegar- 100 ml

Preparation of eggplant and pumpkin salad

Wash and peel the eggplant, wash the pumpkin, peel and seeds, wash the peppers and squeeze out the stalk and seeds. These vegetables need to be cut into pieces of 2-3 cm.

Wash apples (hard sweet), remove the middle and cut into pieces. Finely chop the greens.
