Making plum jam with vanilla
Plums must be washed, cut in half and pitted. Cover them with sugar and leave for a few hours to allow the juice to appear.
Add vanilla and lemon juice. Cook the jam until the syrup becomes thick (30 – 45 minutes), stirring and removing the foam. Blend as desired.
Pour hot plum jam with vanilla into sterile jars and roll up. Place upside down until completely cooled. Wrap up
