rose petals – 500 g

sugar – 1 kg

water – 250 g

lemon juice – 4 tbsp. l.; l.

Making tea rose petal jam

Grind tea rose petals in a blender or meat grinder (optional) and pour over lemon juice.

Boil the syrup from water and sugar to such a state that the drop on the saucer does not spread.

Put the crushed petals in boiling syrup and cook for 2 minutes.

Arrange the jam in sterilized jars and roll up.
