Apple jam – recipe
We prepare apple jam with apple slices for the winter.
Apple jam according to this recipe must be cooked in 5 steps – this process is long, but not laborious. But in winter you will be happy to enjoy delicious and fragrant jam with pieces of apples.

Cooking apple jam with apple slices
Wash and peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces.
Put the apples in an aluminum or stainless steel basin, cover with sugar (without stirring) and leave overnight to let the juice out.
In the morning, mixing well, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon so as not to burn. Remove from heat and let cool until evening.
In the evening, boil again for 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool until morning.
In the morning, boil the jam for 15 minutes and let cool completely (5 hours). Boil again and cool.
The last time we cook the jam until the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally.
Put the finished hot apple jam in hot sterilized jars and roll up the lids. Turn upside down and leave to cool completely.
