Apple and quince jam – recipe
We prepare delicious apple and quince jam for the winter.
Quince and apple jam turns out to be very tasty, fragrant, with a pleasant lemon sourness.
Ingredients for apple and quince jam
- Apples – 500 g,
- quince – 1 kg,
- sugar – 500 g,
- water – 200 ml,
- juice of 1 lemon.

Making apple and quince jam
Wash apples and quinces, core and cut into small pieces.
Mix apples with quince, cover with sugar.
Leave the apples and quinces for a while to release the juice.
Next, fill the apples with water, lemon juice, and set to cook over low heat.
You need to cook the jam until the sugar is completely dissolved and the apples are transparent. About 30 minutes after boiling.
Put the finished jam in hot sterilized jars and roll up the lids.
