Plum and peach jam
Peach and plum jam is very tasty, tender and fragrant.
At the same time, very often other fruits are added to peaches and plums , which can enrich the taste of preservation and add some zest to them. This peach and plum jam is ideal for tea, milk. It can also be used to make fillings for pies, pancakes. This is a real lifesaver that every housewife should have at hand.
Ingredients for plum and peach jam
sugar – 800 gr;
peaches (pitted, soft fruits) – 500 gr;
plums (pitted, soft fruits) – 500 gr;
lemon juice – 4 tbsp

Making plum and peach jam
Rinse plums and peaches, remove seeds from them. Cut peaches into small pieces, plums into three or four parts. Transfer the pieces to a saucepan.
Add lemon juice and sugar to the above ingredients. Stir the ingredients.
Cook after boiling for 15 minutes, repeat this procedure one more time after the jam has completely cooled.
Immediately pour the jam into sterile hot jars, close the lids. It is recommended to turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely.
