Land Plot Design
When starting to design a land plot, it is necessary to take into account all the details of the territory. It is very important, first of all, to take into account underground communications, tree planting, microclimate and terrain of the site, the location of all the necessary buildings, garden, vegetable garden, recreation areas and the façade of the site.
You also need to take into account the interests of neighbors so that trees do not shade their house and garden.
Underground communications on the land plot project (gas pipeline, water supply, sewerage and others)
The communication plan will allow you to divide the territory into zones and will help, during the upcoming landing, not to damage communications. For example, when a network gas pipeline is located on the site, the laying of which takes place at a depth of 0.8 m, according to technical operating conditions, it is prohibited to plant trees with a powerful root system closer than 1.5 m from the gas pipeline. Planting all trees should be planned.

Plan for planting trees on the land plot
Trees shade the area in the area where fruits fall in autumn. Trees located on the north side shade the area that interferes with the cultivation of garden crops, at the same time they serve as protection from cold winds, and in some cases from noise and dust, if a street or road passes near the house. When trees are located on the south side of the entire area, the site is shaded for a considerable time, especially at lunchtime, which is convenient for arranging in this part of the corner of the recreation area or playground. And it’s not bad at all if the shadow falls on the roof of a house or veranda.
Microclimate of the land plot
The microclimate in each area is different. It is very important when designing a site to take into account the microclimate, which largely depends on the terrain. For example, in a lowland, the temperature in severe winters is 5-6 ° lower than in an elevated place, fruit and berry crops are more susceptible to freezing (especially non-winter-hardy). In such places, there is a large accumulation of water, which negatively affects the winter hardiness of plants, so bushy plants and vegetables should be grown here. The microclimate of the site depends on its orientation relative to the cardinal points and existing plantations. The location of trees with dense crowns or a solid green fence on the north side of the site reliably protects fruit and berry crops from harsh northern winds. But with an excessive number of plants, especially in a small area, stagnation of water occurs, humidity of air and soil increases, which negatively affects the entire microclimate of the land.

Relief of the land plot
When designing, you should also pay attention to the terrain of the site. The flat place is convenient for planting lawns, creating sports grounds, a garden and a vegetable garden. To create an artificial landscape, inclined areas and areas at different levels are suitable. A large space opens up for the manifestation of creative possibilities in creating a decorative landscape in the form of terraces, stairs, retaining walls and other fantasies. Also, in areas with a slope, especially to the south or southwest, vegetables grow well.

Marking of all future buildings on the land plot project
In the project of the site, it is necessary to provide for the organization of the territory with a separate location of outbuildings, a garden garden and a place for recreation; the presence of large and small livestock, poultry, vehicles, and others. Outbuildings include premises for livestock and poultry, storage of feed, fuel and garden tools, a playground for walking animals, a cellar, and a garage should also be provided.

Designing a garden and vegetable garden on a plot of land
When designing a garden and vegetable garden, climatic conditions (sunny areas), the size of the garden (depends on the family’s needs for vegetables, fruits and berries) should be taken into account. To determine the optimal number of plantings of fruit and berry and garden crops, the simplest calculation is carried out, based on the average yield for an adult’s need for vegetables and fruits. For example: for a garden with an area of 8-10 acres, the approximate composition of cultural plantations is recommended: 10 apple trees (3 winter varieties, 5 autumn and 2 summer varieties), 3 pears, 5 cherries and 3 plums, 5 bushes of black and red currants and gooseberries; 20 raspberry bushes, 200-250 strawberry and strawberry bushes.
Interests of neighbors on the site
When laying out a garden and vegetable garden, it is also necessary to take into account the interests of neighbors: do not allow trees to shade their house as they grow, due to improper planning. It is especially important to follow such rules in small areas. When the site is located with the front side to the north or south, it is recommended to place the garden in its western or eastern parts in such a way: so that it forms a single massif with the neighboring garden. In this case, the garden and fruit and berry bushes are placed on the other side of the site.

Creation of a recreation area on a land plot
The decorative design of the site involves the creation of a recreation area or corner, sports and playgrounds, flower beds, lawns and lawns, artificial reservoirs, gazebos, pergolas, and others. Equipping the patio with a fireplace-grill gives it a kind of coziness and makes it an extension of the house. When designing places for recreation, it is necessary to take into account the interests of all family members: sports grounds, for children – a place for a sandbox, swings and others. Next to the garage it is advisable to have a plot that can be used as an outdoor workshop.

Land façade design
Particular attention should be paid to the design of the façade of the side of the site; As a rule, this part of the site is planned from a variety of ornamental plants.
After developing the project of the land plot , we proceed to the plan of plantings, the arrangement of all the decorative elements in our garden.
