If you see that rhubarb has not enough juice, you can add a little water. Then add the orange peel and continue to heat until boiling. After the jam boils, cook it for another 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to stir and remove the foam.    <\/p><p>Free the pulp of the orange from the white partitions and cut into small pieces.<\/p><p>Add orange pulp to the jam. Bring to a boil again, also cook for 10-15 minutes. The jam turns out to be thick, you need to stir often, otherwise it will burn.
