It is very important, first of all, to take into account underground communications, tree planting, microclimate and terrain of the site, the location of all the necessary buildings, garden, vegetable garden, recreation areas and the fa\u00e7ade of the site.   <\/p><p>You also need to take into account the interests of neighbors so that trees do not shade their house and garden.  <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Underground communications on the land plot project (gas pipeline, water supply, sewerage and others)<\/h2><p>The communication plan will allow you to divide the territory into zones and will help, during the upcoming landing, not to damage communications. For example, when a network gas pipeline is located on the site, the laying of which takes place at a depth of 0.8 m, according to technical operating conditions, it is prohibited to plant trees with a powerful root system closer than 1.5 m from the gas pipeline. Trees located on the north side shade the area that interferes with the cultivation of garden crops, at the same time they serve as protection from cold winds, and in some cases from noise and dust, if a street or road passes near the house. When trees are located on the south side of the entire area, the site is shaded for a considerable time, especially at lunchtime, which is convenient for arranging in this part of the corner of the recreation area or playground. And it&#8217;s not bad at all if the shadow falls on the roof of a house or veranda.   <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Microclimate of the land plot<\/h2><p>  The microclimate in each area is different. It is very important when designing a site to take into account the microclimate, which largely depends on the terrain. For example, in a lowland, the temperature in severe winters is 5-6 \u00b0 lower than in an elevated place, fruit and berry crops are more susceptible to freezing (especially non-winter-hardy). In such places, there is a large accumulation of water, which negatively affects the winter hardiness of plants, so bushy plants and vegetables should be grown here. The microclimate of the site depends on its orientation relative to the cardinal points and existing plantations. The location of trees with dense crowns or a solid green fence on the north side of the site reliably protects fruit and berry crops from harsh northern winds. The flat place is convenient for planting lawns, creating sports grounds, a garden and a vegetable garden. A large space opens up for the manifestation of creative possibilities in creating a decorative landscape in the form of <a href=\"https:\/\/superdim.info\/zatishok-u-domu\/terasa_-idei.html\">terraces<\/a>, stairs, retaining walls and other fantasies. For example: for a garden with an area of 8-10 acres, the approximate composition of cultural plantations is recommended: 10 apple trees (3 winter varieties, 5 autumn and 2 summer varieties), 3 pears, 5 cherries and 3 plums, 5 bushes of black and red currants and gooseberries; 20 raspberry bushes, 200-250 strawberry and strawberry bushes.  <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interests of neighbors on the site<\/h2><p>  When laying out a garden and vegetable garden, it is also necessary to take into account the interests of neighbors: do not allow trees to shade their house as they grow, due to improper planning. It is especially important to follow such rules in small areas. When the site is located with the front side to the north or south, it is recommended to place the garden in its western or eastern parts in such a way: so that it forms a single massif with the neighboring garden.
